VenStart.AI (DalTek Holdings LLC) operates a transactional SMS program used to communicate with the business owners who use our AI invoice assistant.

Program description: Business owners who enroll in our service send job details to their assigned assistant number by text message and receive drafted invoices back for review, correction, and approval. These are transactional, service-related messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Who receives messages: Only the enrolled business owner. We do not text their customers.

How consent is obtained: Business owners consent to receive these messages when they enroll in the VenStart.AI service and are provided their assistant number.

Message frequency: Varies based on the owner's job volume. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the details below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
